STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE WHO ARE WE?

The New Hampshire Art Educators' Association is a professional organization for art educators from every level of instruction and those interested in the future of art education. For over 25 years, NHAEA has provided an exemplary networking opportunity and collegial support for art educators throughout New Hampshire.

Mission Statement

In order to promote quality art education in NH, the New Hampshire Art Educators' Association will provide leadership, member services, art education advocacy, a format for communication and opportunities for professional development and participation.

Summer Employment Opportunity!

Art Instructor
– Maine Arts Camp, Unity, Maine

Maine Arts Camp, www.maineartscamp.com, is an overnight camp for children ages 8-15.  We are located on the campus of Unity College, www.unity.edu, in Unity, Maine.  Our camp season for staff runs from July 1 – August 10, 2010.  We are looking for 2-3 experienced art teachers, preferably with experience teaching art at the middle or high school level.

Our activities include:


The Arts:       painting/drawing, still life painting, portraiture, pottery, fabric arts, printmaking, sculpture, metal jewelry, beading, enameling, stained glass, vintage fashion design, mask making and more!


theater:       short scenes, acting classes, improvisation, chorus

dance:         hip hop, tap, ballet, modern, choreography

technology:   digital photography, videography, robotics, rocketry
special interests:     culinary arts, woodworking, chess, environmental ed, gardening
individual sports:     tennis, biking, kayaking/canoeing, yoga, fitness, martial arts, archery, ultimate frisbee

If you are looking to live and work with children in a small community, geared for bright and creative kids, feel free to fill out a staff application at
