We are looking for a design that illustrates 

Our 2024-25 theme “Art Rocks” 

This design will be used throughout the year on NHAEA communications 

and new SWAG like: T-shirts, buttons, bags, etc.

(These items will be available for purchase - to raise funds for the NHAEA, 

and given out for prizes at NHAEA events, etc.)

WHO:  All NHAEA members are invited to submit design ideas

WHEN: Designs submissions are due by midnight Sunday July 28th

(submissions will be voted on by the NHAEA Conference Committee the first week of Aug.)

Award for chosen Design: 

The Design Winner will get a FREE swag item with their design 

PLUS a FREE 2024 Conference registration 

OR FREE 2024-25 NHAEA Membership  

HOW:

Upload a JPEG of your original design.   

The size of the image should be 300 DPI.  

Landscape layout - Max size: 7.36 x 10.83 in., min size: 6.67 x 6.67 in.  

Portrait layout - Max size: 10.83 x 7.36 in., min size: 6.67 x 6.67 in.  

Square - Max size: 8.91 x 8.91 in., min size: 6.67 x 6.67 in.

By submitting this design you also agree:

That what you are submitting is your original art 

That you release the rights, title and interest in the original art without limitation, and/or the copyright therein to the NHAEA 

The association is permitted to crop or edit art images as needed.
